Is video chat safe? An honest answer
Video chat with strangers is as safe as the platform and the habits around it. No site can promise that everyone you meet will be lovely, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can do is give you fast exits, act on reports, and be clear about the rules.
In practice, most calls on FlirtifyCam are short, friendly and a bit silly. When one isn't, you're one tap from leaving. Sends the call to our moderators. Pick a reason; it takes a few seconds.

Keeps that person out of your future matches and messages.
Use them generously. You will never get in trouble for skipping or reporting in good faith. The rules that reports are checked against are listed in the community guidelines.

Skip the generic advice. These are the online dating safety tips that cover almost every bad situation we see:
- Keep identifying details back.Full name, workplace, school, home address, daily routine. None of it is needed for a good conversation.
- Watch your background.Letters, ID badges and windows with street views say more than you think.
- Never send money or gift cards.Not for a ticket, a phone bill or an emergency. This is the most common scam online.
- Don't rush to another app.Someone pushing hard to move the chat elsewhere in the first minutes is a red flag.
- Don't show anything you wouldn't want saved.Recording without consent breaks our rules, but you can't control the other person's device.
- Meet in public if you meet at all.Tell a friend where you're going and when you'll be back.

What happens after you report someone
Reports go to a moderation queue that's reviewed by people, not just filters. Depending on what happened, we may warn the account, restrict it, or remove it permanently. Serious cases, such as anything involving minors, threats or non-consensual images, are removed immediately and may be passed to the relevant authorities.
We won't tell the reported person who reported them. If you've reported someone and want to add details, email support[at]flirtifycam.net with the time of the call and what happened. When you contact FlirtifyCam support, a time and a short description help us act quickly.
If you're unsure whether something is report-worthy, report it. That's what the button is for.
Camera, microphone and connection fixes
Most technical problems come down to permissions or another app holding the camera. Try these in order:
- Allow camera and micIn your browser settings, allow camera and microphone for flirtifycam.net, then reload the page.
- Close other camera appsVideo calls, camera apps or other tabs can lock the camera. Close them and try again.
- Update your browserOlder browsers sometimes struggle with live video. Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox all work well when up to date.
- Switch networksIf video freezes, try Wi-Fi instead of mobile data, or move closer to the router.

Coins, payments and refunds
Starting is free, and every match opens with a free stretch. Coins are only used if you keep a video call going after that, or if you send gifts. You'll see a notice before per-minute charging starts, and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
If a payment went through but your coins didn't arrive, or you were charged in a way you didn't expect, email support[at]flirtifycam.net with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card or the payment ID. We look at every request; the full rules on refunds are in the terms of service.

FlirtifyCam is only for adults. Anyone under 18 is not allowed to use it, and accounts that appear to belong to minors are removed. If you believe a minor is using FlirtifyCam, please email support[at]flirtifycam.net with as much detail as you can, and we'll act on it as a priority.
