FlirtifyCam Terms of Service

1. Who can use FlirtifyCam

FlirtifyCam is a social video chat service for meeting new people, described in more detail in how FlirtifyCam works. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. You must not be barred from using the service under applicable law, and you must not have been removed from FlirtifyCam before. By using the site, you confirm that this is true.

2. Your account

You may try FlirtifyCam without filling in a sign-up form, and secure an account later. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has accessed it. One person, one account; don't create accounts to get around a restriction.

3. How you agree to behave

You agree to follow the community guidelines. In short: be respectful, keep it flirty rather than explicit, don't harass, scam, spam or impersonate anyone, and never record or share other people without their consent. You're responsible for what you say and show during calls.

4. Free features and coins

Some features are free, including your first match, a daily allowance of free matches and a free stretch at the start of each match. Other features, such as staying on a video call past the free stretch or sending gifts, use coins. Prices are shown before you pay, and a notice appears before per-minute charging starts during a call.

Coins are a licence to use paid features on FlirtifyCam. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and may expire if your account is closed for breaking these terms.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Coin purchases are generally final once the coins are delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where something went wrong on our side, for example coins not arriving or a duplicate charge. To ask for a refund, email support[at]flirtifycam.net with the date, the amount and the payment ID. More on this is in help and safety.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reported calls and accounts, and we may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal by email, and a different moderator will look at it. In serious cases, we may remove an account without notice and keep any unused coins. We may also report illegal activity to the authorities.

7. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of anything you share, but you give us permission to transmit and process it so the service works, for example sending your video to the person you're matched with, or reviewing a reported call. The FlirtifyCam name, logo, design and software belong to us; please don't copy them without permission.

8. The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep FlirtifyCam running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every person you meet will behave well. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Closing your account

You can stop using FlirtifyCam and delete your account at any time from settings. Unused coins are lost when an account is deleted, so use them first or contact support if you have a question about a balance. We may close accounts that have been inactive for a long time after giving notice where required. What happens to your data when you leave is described in the privacy policy.

11. Other people and other sites

You are responsible for your own interactions with other users, on and off FlirtifyCam. We don't run background checks on users and can't guarantee anyone's identity or intentions, which is why the safety habits in help and safety matter. If FlirtifyCam links to another site, that site has its own terms and we're not responsible for it.

12. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems are solved quickly by email. Tell us what happened, when, and what outcome you're looking for, and we'll reply with what we found on our side. If we can't resolve a dispute together, it will be handled under the laws that apply to you as a consumer, and nothing in these terms takes away rights you can't legally give up. Refund questions in particular are usually quickest through help and safety.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll update the date at the top and let you know where appropriate.
