FlirtifyCam Privacy Policy, in Plain English

What we collect

• Account details:a nickname, an account ID, and an email or sign-in provider if you choose to secure your account.
• Profile information you add:such as a photo, gender or country, if you provide them.
• Usage information:when you connect, which features you use (video, voice or text matching), call lengths, and how you move through the site.
• Device information:browser type, operating system, approximate location from your IP address, and language settings.
• Payment records:what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we don't store full card numbers.
• Safety records:reports you make or receive, blocks, and moderation decisions.

Calls, camera and microphone

Your camera and microphone are used only while you're in a call, and only after you give your browser permission. Live video and audio are transmitted to the person you're matched with so the call can happen. We don't publish your calls, and other users can't browse or replay them.

To keep the service safe, our moderation systems may review reported calls and may capture limited snapshots or metadata when a call is reported or flagged for a rule breach. These are used only for safety and are kept for a limited time. How reporting works is explained in help and safety.

How we use your information

• To match you with other people and run calls, chats and coin purchases.
• To keep FlirtifyCam safe: reviewing reports, enforcing the community guidelines, and preventing fraud and spam.
• To fix bugs, measure which features people use, and improve the service, including with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• To answer you when you contact support.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax records for payments.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run FlirtifyCam (hosting, video infrastructure, payment processing, analytics and customer support), under contracts that limit how they can use it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when it's necessary to protect someone's safety.

The person you're matched with sees what you show them during a call: your camera, your microphone if it's on, your nickname and possibly your country. They don't see your email, phone number or payment details.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember settings such as your free matches for the day, and measure how the site is used. Analytics tell us things like which pages people read before their first match and where they leave, which helps us fix confusing steps; they aren't used to show you third-party ads. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. We keep account information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep certain records, such as payments or serious safety reports, for legal or safety reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile, turn your camera or microphone off at any time, and delete your account from settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to some uses of it. How we protect your information

Connections to flirtifycam.net are encrypted with HTTPS, access to personal data inside our team is limited to people who need it for their job, and payment details are handled by payment providers that follow industry security standards. No system is perfectly secure, so if you notice anything suspicious on your account, change your sign-in details and tell us straight away. Practical safety habits are listed in help and safety.

International use

FlirtifyCam is used in many countries, and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on contracts and safeguards designed to protect your information to the standard required where you live. The rules for using the service, including who may use it, are in the terms of service.

Age requirement

FlirtifyCam is only for adults, as set out in the terms of service. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know on the site. Using FlirtifyCam after a change means you accept the updated policy. The rules for using the service itself are in the terms of service.
